Aquarius

I decided to do more eyes! This time, I'm doing a zodiac theme, which apparently a lot of other manipulators are doing as well. I had my own idea for the theme so I went with it. This is definitely my most successful eye so I will be doing all the other eyes individually, then at the end I will put them all together in one large image.
